GCK series motor control center is mainly composed of some combined motor control units and other functional units. These units are installed in closed metal cabinets in the way of overlapping above and below. With the horizontal busbar set above the cabinet, each cabinet is linked together, and the functional units of the same cabinet are connected in parallel on the vertical busbar. The cabinet is divided into four mutually isolated areas such as horizontal busbar area, vertical busbar area, cable area and equipment installation area, etc. Functional units are installed in their respective cubicles, so that when an accident occurs in any of the functional units, it will not affect the other units and prevent the accident from expanding.

This product conforms to JB/T9661-1999 standard. The product adopts the IP40 protection level stipulated in IEC114, when the door and the guard plate are closed, or when the door is opened and the functional unit is outside the moving out position, it can reach the corresponding protection level, which can guarantee the personal safety.

The product is set up with perfect and reliable grounding system and protection circuit, the functional units are able to break the short-circuit current according to the specified performance requirements, and the inlet unit has three-stage protection characteristics. Therefore, the reliability of power supply and the safety of equipment and system can be guaranteed.

Functional units can be connected with PC board (programmable controller) or microprocessor through the interface, as the execution unit of automatic control system, according to the needs of users can also provide other contents of the functional units and functional combinations, the product is suitable for AC 380V, frequency 50Hz circuit.
